• All prices listed are exclusive of GST. GST will be charged additionally as per Government of India regulations.
• Prices and product specifications are subject to change without prior notice

• We operate under a No Credit Policy: Orders will be processed only after receiving 100% advance payment.
• No Free Samples: We do not offer free samples under any circumstances.

• Orders are dispatched within 3-5 business days after confirmation, subject to stock availability.
• If any items in your order are unavailable, we will notify you via email.
• Bulk Orders: For heavy consignments shipped via transport, the receiving party must provide a GSTIN, PAN, or Aadhar Card.

  Note: Shipping via transport is not possible without valid identification.

• KEMONO reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order due to pricing errors or other unforeseen issues. Payments will be refunded, and customers will be informed.
• Complaints related to delivered orders must be raised within 7 days of delivery.

• While we strive for accuracy, KEMONO does not guarantee that product descriptions or other website content are entirely accurate, complete, or error-free.

• Our products and services may not be used for any illegal or unauthorized purposes.
• KEMONO takes no responsibility for the installation of goods.
• All terms are governed by the laws of India, with Mumbai as the exclusive jurisdiction.
